Industrial & production hall
As part of a new construction project in the Ruhr area, we built and installed a production hall measuring 66 m in length and 15 m in width, with an adjoining office building. In addition to steel construction, we installed the roof, walls, a skylight ridge, and the roof drainage system. Doors, gates, and windows were also completed by us. The hall is coated with our patented in-house Mencolor system in RAL 7016, anthracite grey.
Industrial & warehouse hall
Adjacent to the construction of a pallet production facility with an integrated office building, we built a freestanding storage hall for pallets. This double-aisle hall measures 20 m in length and has a total span of 47 m. With an eaves height of 6.3 m, it offers ample storage space for stacked pallets. The hall is also coated with our patented Mencolor system in RAL 7016.
Commercial hall
A 180 m² new construction combines heating and storage facilities. This L-shaped hall was designed and built with a skylight, three sectional doors, and an insulated roof and walls for climate-controlled storage of heating systems. The hall is also PV-compatible.

This 850 m² logistics hall includes a skylight and a 200 m² mezzanine for additional storage on a second level. The project also involved the construction of foundations, a floor slab, and anchors. We completed the building’s cladding, including roof and wall work, installed a skylight ridge and roof drainage system, and added doors and gates. A complete project from A to Z.
Commercial hall
This new 30 m x 20 m hall combines steel and solid construction, serving as an assembly and storage facility for a door and gate installation company. The office section is integrated into the hall. The roof features insulated panels, and a 4 m cantilever over the doors provides easy loading and unloading under a covered area.
Pigsty
Steel is also the material of choice in livestock farming. We built a 52 m x 105,84 m pig barn using steel construction. This modern barn ensures functional and animal-friendly housing for pigs.
First Aid
In the hustle and bustle of everyday life between productivity and profitability, we sometimes forget that a company’s most valuable resources are not its machines or office equipment, but the people who bring it to life. In the in-house training course on “First Aid”, our employees refreshed their knowledge of how to act in critical moments that could mean the difference between life and death. From dealing with minor cuts to cardiopulmonary resuscitation, everything was covered.

Ostern in kindergarten
In a heart-warming campaign, we spread joy and excitement at the St. Elisabeth Haren Catholic daycare center before Easter this year. Under the motto “Easter surprises”, we invited the little explorers to embark on an exciting search for hidden chocolate eggs and bunnies. While the children roamed the kindergarten with shining eyes to find the hidden treats, a special guest was also spotted – the Easter bunny himself! 🐰 The excitement knew no bounds when the little participants discovered the fluffy friend in the middle of their search. “It was a pleasure to give the children an unforgettable day,” said Bernold Menke.
