The new commercial halls in Nordhorn serve as a car exhibition hall with an adjoining car maintenance hall.
The exhibition hall measures 19.5 x 31.2 m, while the maintenance hall is 14.2 x 7.8 m. Both halls are designed with flat roofs in a mono-pitch roof style.
For these insulated halls, we handled all hall elements: from structural calculations to the installation of windows, doors, gates, and roof drainage systems. The entire hall is coated with our patented Mencolor paint. The highlight of this construction is the building’s large glass façade.

The new 12 x 20 m hall in Bippen will serve as an agricultural machinery hall. The structure was coated with our patented premium coating, Mencolor. A 3 m-wide cantilever ensures additional dry storage space. Wall installation will be carried out by the client.

Designed with a pitched roof, this insulated hall measures 9.6 x 18.5 m. The hall is expandable and equipped with PV systems. Our scope of work included planning, foundations, base slab, plinth, and the galvanized steel structure. Additionally, we installed the façade, roof with drainage systems, as well as windows, doors, and gates. The interior features partition walls for optimal division of the new construction.

In this new construction, the production and storage hall was combined with an office section. The size of this L-shaped hall is 16 x 24 m and 7 x 11 m. The insulated hall serves as a storage and production space for feed manufacturing and is equipped with a PV system. Like all our halls, it has been built with expandability in mind, allowing for future extensions without any issues. The newly insulated monopitch roof storage hall in Bad Bentheim measures 8 x 18 m and is PV-ready. A future extension was already structurally planned. We carried out the entire process, including structural analysis, design planning, galvanized production, and wall and roof cladding. Naturally, our premium Mencolor coating is included, this time in RAL 7016, anthracite grey.

This new construction combines a warehouse for building materials for screed and plaster work with an office section. The insulated hall measures 18 x 35 m and is expandable, with a PV system planned by the client. A complete hall solution from A to Z: from structural analysis, design, and production to assembly, including doors, sectional doors, light ridge, and roof drainage. Naturally, this hall is also coated with our premium Mencolor finish in an appealing grey aluminum.

For this commercial project, we provided complete hall construction from A to Z. The warehouse with an office section spans 25 m in width and 34 m in length. An impressive eaves height of 8 m allows for multi-level storage. A 206 m² mezzanine construction is included. The insulated hall is built for expandability, ensuring a future extension can be added effortlessly. From earthworks to the foundation slab, we managed the complete preparation for the steel structure. Our experienced installation teams also completed the roof and wall work, including light ridges, roof drainage, windows, doors, and gates. Naturally, the entire hall is coated with our patented Mencolor system. Premium hall construction with every essential element included.

As part of a new construction project in the Ruhr area, we built and installed a production hall measuring 66 m in length and 15 m in width, with an adjoining office building. In addition to steel construction, we installed the roof, walls, a skylight ridge, and the roof drainage system. Doors, gates, and windows were also completed by us. The hall is coated with our patented in-house Mencolor system in RAL 7016, anthracite grey.

Adjacent to the construction of a pallet production facility with an integrated office building, we built a freestanding storage hall for pallets. This double-aisle hall measures 20 m in length and has a total span of 47 m. With an eaves height of 6.3 m, it offers ample storage space for stacked pallets. The hall is also coated with our patented Mencolor system in RAL 7016.

A 180 m² new construction combines heating and storage facilities. This L-shaped hall was designed and built with a skylight, three sectional doors, and an insulated roof and walls for climate-controlled storage of heating systems. The hall is also PV-compatible.
